  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform

  • Abuse system resources

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs:

  • May contain inaccuracies

  • Are provided “as is”

  • Should not replace legal, medical, or financial advice

Users remain responsible for final use of generated content.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Fees are billed as selected (monthly/yearly)

No refunds for:

  • Used AI credits

  • Partial subscription periods

  • Account termination due to policy violations

This DPA forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

  • Customer = Data Controller

  • OneHostingEurope LTD = Data Processor
